Response timeWe aim to reply within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). Found an error that affects a template’s accuracy? Put “URGENT” in the subject line and we will look at it first.
What to include in your message
A clear subject line helps, for example “Error in /texas-bill-of-sale” or “Template request: Florida LLC operating agreement”. Then add:
- The address (URL) of the page you are writing about, if any.
- The template name and the state, if your question is about a specific document.
- A short description of the error, question or proposal.
- Your state, if relevant: the right answer often depends on which state’s law applies.
Common reasons to contact us
Found an error or an outdated rule?Send us the page address and a short description. A reader report always triggers a re-check of the affected template, ahead of our normal rolling review. Substantive errors are corrected on the page itself. See our editorial policy for how we review pages.
Need a template we do not have?Tell us the document type and the state. Requests help us decide what to publish next. We publish state-specific versions only where we can verify the rules against the statute or the official agency source.
Partnership, syndication or licensing?We are open to discussions with publishers, libraries, schools and services for small businesses. For branded templates, official forms research or a template license, see our professional services.
